In this thesis, I began to influence the essence of architectural design through the lens of shading innovation. Recognizing shading's pivotal role in aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability, our project ventures into uncharted territory, envisioning a vertical campus where every aspect of design harmonizes with nature's rhythms. By leveraging self-shading masses, integrated solid voids, and avant-garde shading strategies like bris-oleis and hidden glass, we forge a new paradigm of environmental responsiveness. Our design not only minimizes energy consumption but also fosters dynamic spatial experiences that transcend conventional boundaries. Through this bold exploration, we pave the way for a sustainable future where architecture becomes a beacon of transformative possibility.
